I thought Id tell you all about a strange thing that occured after an operation I had on my back. I had aquired a form of aphasia and lost a good portion of my short term memory and replaced it with memories of my passed childhood. Im told, that the condition, that I have, is known as, "xenoglossy", after my surgeries, it seems Ive aquired the ability to speak this native american dialect. Now, I realize this is strange, but when I say this about me, I make no hoax about it , when I tell you that with those floods of memories, came my ability to speak this language that I never learned. This language/dialect, after being demonstrated to certain people, over the years. After a time and talking with some, supposedly with a knack for language of a native american dialect, it has been said to me that it sounds very "plains indian-like" (whatever that meant). But as for me, I dont know anyone personally, who speaks any, Native American language. Nor have I, and so, for years, I have wondered about its validity. I pray that your wisdom will knock on my door with your response, my friends. I am lead to now ask the people themselves, directly. And If you are lead, Please feel free to contact me At ugro at mail dot com also. Ill even give you my phone # for a live demonstration of proof, if needed. I just want answers. & one of them, is identifying the dialect language that it is. Peace to you. Randall Ugrovics

There is considered to be two types of xenoglossy: recitative and responsive. The former is more common. In this type the persons recite words or phrases of a foreign language without understanding them. As previously mentioned earlier such words and phrased have been learned in the past but forgotten. In responsive xenoglossy the persons are able to converse in the unlearned language. I, am only a recitative user of the language.
