That is correct, to a point . Custer followed a raiding band , but they don't tell you that this small raiding party was from a neighboring camp and not actually part of Black Kettle's camp.

I have a brother-in law and 3 uncles that are chiefs in our tribe. Chances are that is a position I will never hold Then again...anything is possable! Sis....You're just baaaaaaaad...LOL luv-ya

Black Kettle was one of the first Chiefs I heard of and has always heald a place in my heart although not in my blood he is a Great man and worthy of our respect, it is an honor to have 2 of his kin as members AHO
