You'll need to size the photo first, mine is 100 pixels high, 98 pixels wide. Must upload that image to a server which allows linking to picture files. If you can't find a place or someone who has hosting, I'll upload your image to my server. Just give me a PM.
Your image URL will look something like this...
www.peacewinds.com/images_nat_1/avatar001.JPG
Avatars
Go to Profile, find Modify Profile above. When editing your profile, find Avatar, then Avatar URL. Paste the image url in this box. Then click the Modify Profile at the end.
Photos in the post
When you edit your reply to a post, the editor opens up. Find the 4th tab on the bottom row of tabs. Clicking the tab puts these bracket tags there
Click between the brackets and paste the image url. It should look like this...
When the preview tab is clicked, if done properly. will display in the post.
Using the image tags in a post without the url, will cancel out other image tags in it that contain an image url. The only way to do this, as I have done here, is to use the code tab (3rd from end of bottom row).

For those who still may have a problem getting your photos on here in a post...this is a very simple way to do it.
1. Get a PhotoBucket account.
2. Add images at PhotoBucket.
3. When finished uploading those images, look at the code boxes below the images. The last box say IMG code Click in that box to highlight, copy the code.
4. Paste this IMG code you copied directly into your post. Nothing else is needed (No clicking post image buttons). Submit the post and you are done!
