Raw vegetables and fruits diet plan is a good one for the heart health because this diet plan controls the cholesterol level and burns the excess fat to keep the heart healthy. Fresh fruits, raw vegetables, nuts, fish, fish oil, olive oil, green tea, coffee, and citrus fruits juices are more effective for the heart health.

I'm giving my husband nuts to take to work to snack on....heart disease runs in his family. I'm trying to get him out of eating too much red meat, as this is his favorite, but it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks....LOL!
