Welcome! It would be interesting to learn from you also about your background. I am Cherokee and white, which means to me that my Native blood speaks louder than all others, yet I am only learning as I go. So, come learn along with us! ;D

Hi Welcome to our group! What part of Scotland are you from? Whats your Clan? I'm Choctaw, Creek and Scots, Innes Clan. Many Natives that are mixed heritage are Scots or Irish on their white side of their families.

I'm interesting Scotland and history. I wanted to learn about loch less monsters and old castles Hope loch less monsters still alive there. I heard they're talked about fake and real monsters there, VERY hard to tell if it's real or not but I believe loch less monsters lived there in the history, I think they're extremely rare or gone by this year. I watched "Braveheart", that's awesome movie! ;D Also, I watched "Dragonheart", they're great movie.

Hi Kinshoni, I made Scottish avatars for you. Which is one do you like the best (in your profile or this one?) If not, what kind of Scottish: Wildlife, garden or outdoor? I found this Scotland gallery: www.newble.co.uk/Scotland/index.htmlYou said you live in Dundee, I found it: www.newble.co.uk/Scotland/dundeethmbs.htmPick the photo one and the name of Description you want, so I can copy and resize the photo to make avatar for you.

wow! you found website where i live ...."The law" where one of the piccys is taking from is actually a dead volcanoe (long may it stay like that )ha-ha ,there are allotments on it . Thankyou white eagle for the avatars ,yes i'm quite happy with the one you put under my name just now ,i dont know if you can maybe find a thistle one ?. oh yes i like dragonheart ....i'm a nessie fan ! ....did you also see the film about a little boy who keeps a dragon as a pet ,then it grows up with him ,folk want to kill it so he sends it away ..its quite sad ..oh i'll have to try and remember the name .. i live across the road from a very small castle (baby one ) ha-ha. the summer time here just now various towns have highland shows/gatherings ,which is similar to your pow-wows, i had a friend that went to the denver march pow-wow each year ..he stayed in oregon ,and would never miss that one ,so i guess this must be one of the main ones ?

Glad you like it. I found it in Scotland Thistle Gallery Internet, that's all I have been looked for an hour. Which is one you like? or just kept the one under your name? OR this one I can't remember about Denver march pow-wow each year but Huronwoman or Annie Fawn knows about it, ask them. If they're not on-line or a day or so, maybe I'll keep searching about that for you.

Welcome Kinshoni: sorry for my absence been watching some wee doggies for some friends (not to wee, Siberian huskies and a wolf hybrid) Denver is a bit far for my budget to allow for goin to pow wows, sorry no information there fer ya. Being a major part Huron and having lived in Canada I've come across many of your kinsmen as a matter of fact have a Cherokee friend who is part Scot who falls into his brogue and calls me "me lady, me lady" all the time. Glad to have you here, you will find us to be an ever-growing village of friendly informative people who are all willing to impart our knowledge with you and we want to hear about your wonderful heritage as well. We are all connected through the Creator and are ALL His (Her) children AHO (means blessings)

Denver March is one of the larger comp dances in the U.S. It's also the first major dance of the year. It draws all the top dancers and kinda kicks off the pow-wow season.
